Reimagining Unused Yard Space
The homeowner wanted to convert an overlooked portion of the yard into a dedicated pickleball court supported by surrounding turf, lighting, and safe walkways. They were looking for professional-quality surfacing, integrated landscape lighting for evening play, and durable concrete paths connecting each area. Just as important, the court, turf, and existing architecture needed to feel cohesive. They were seeking a complete design-build solution executed with minimal disruption.

Tree roots and elevation inconsistencies required careful layout adjustments to maintain a level playing surface while preserving proper drainage. Integrating fencing, concrete, and court tiles demanded tight tolerances to maintain a seamless appearance. Lighting across the large play area required calibrated fixture placement and beam control to ensure visibility without overwhelming the space.
