Their plan included a permanent gazebo for entertaining, converting large lawn areas to synthetic turf, adding a continuous walking trail, and installing concrete pads for stability. Each element needed to integrate cleanly with the lakefront grading while maintaining a polished, consistent appearance across a large, curved layout.
